We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that a product is
defective, damaged or arrives in poor condition, our returns policy provides recourse.
Return Eligibility
Our policy is adapted from industry practice. Korean Beautys allows customers to return or
exchange any item within 72 hours of purchase as long as it is in its original condition and
packaging. Similarly, at Cosmetic Mall we accept returns within 7 days of receipt only for
products that are defective, damaged or incorrect. Please note:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags
attached.
- Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email (returns@cosmeticmall.eg) or WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the item and reason for return.
- Approval – Once we confirm the defect/damage we will send you return instructions.
- Ship back – Pack the product securely and send it to our returns centre at 47th Northern 90 St., New Cairo, Egypt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund or exchange – After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a
refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange within 7–10 business
days.
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please report it within 24 hours so we can file a claim
with the courier. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
