These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cosmetic Mall website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site you agree to abide by these terms. We model our policies on established online retailers. For example, Korean Beautys explains that customers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Our terms include but are not limited to the following:

1. General Use
   1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register or make purchases.
   1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or
   placing orders and to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
   1.3 You agree to use our website and products in accordance with all applicable Egyptian laws
   and regulations and not for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
   
   
2. Orders & Payment
   2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at
   our discretion.
   2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept cash on delivery, debit/credit
   cards, mobile wallets, bank instalments, ValU and Sympl.
   2.3 Prices include VAT as required by Egyptian law. Delivery charges and any other applicable
   fees will be displayed at checkout.
   
   
3. Delivery
   3.1 We deliver only within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your
   location and external factors. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
   3.2 If we cannot deliver your order because of incorrect address information or repeated failed
   delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any additional charges.
   
   
4. Returns & Cancellations
   4.1 You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer service team. If
   the product has been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.
   4.2 Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return within seven days. Returned items
   must be in new, unopened condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
   
5. Liability
   5.1 While we strive to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur.
   If we discover an error we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your
   order.
   5.2 Our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable
   for any indirect or consequential losses.
   
   
6. Governing Law
   6.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be
   subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
   
   
7. Changes to Terms
   7.1 We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your
   continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
