Delivery times are estimates — weather or other factors may cause delays.
We will inform you if there is a significant delay.
How Delivery Works
- Order Confirmation – After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- Dispatch – Orders confirmed before 2 PM (Sun–Thu) are dispatched the same day. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Tracking – Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment. If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will schedule a second one. If both attempts fail, the parcel will return to us and you’ll be responsible for any additional delivery fees.
- Receipt – Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the package. Risk transfers to you once the parcel has been delivered.
